Character Reference Sheet

It's the Deviation you've all been waiting for!

Phew! This took HOURS spread over so many days that I don't even remember!

But it's finally done. I thought, and thought, and I even needed your help, and I finally came out with these characters!

Reasoning behind character selection:

Negi Springfield:
Wish was chosen for this character because, well, of her Negi Forme, and because Negi is the main character.

Sayo Aizaka:
Leafeon was chosen for this character for resemblance reasons.

Yuna Akashi:
Buneary was chosen for this character because Yuna is part of the basketball team, and Buneary would be good at basketball with her move Bounce.

Kazumi Asakura:
Wingull was chosen for this character because Kazumi works for Mahora News.

Yue Ayase:
Pikachu was chosen for this character because no Pokémon could really be matched perfectly with her, and it wouldn't be right if Pikachu wasn't on the reference sheet XD

Ako Izumi:
Eevee was chosen for this character because Ako works in the Nurse's office, and Chansey was too fat to get the part XD

Akira Okochi:
Vaporeon was chosen for this character because Akira is part of the swim team, and Vaporeon adapted well to a watery habitat.

Kakizaki Misa:
Cherrim was chosen for this character because Kakizaki is a cheerleader, and Cherrim is a very cheerful Pokémon.

Asuna Kagurazaka:
Mesprit was chosen for this character because Asuna has a sort of temper, and Mesprit is the Being of Emotion.

Kasuga Misora:
Shellos was chosen for this character for no particular reason.

Chachamaru Rakuso:
Magnezone was chosen for this character because Chachamaru is kind of robotic-looking in the real manga. Suggested by RaichuKitten.

Madoka Kugimiya:
Phione was chosen for this character for no particular reason.

Fei Ku:
Glaceon was chosen for this character because Fei is in Chinese Martial Arts, and Glaceon is a good battler.

Konoka Konoe:
Skitty was chosen for this character because Konoka, like Skitty, is really nice.

Haruna Saotome:
Espeon was chosen for this character because Haruna is in the library club, so like Espeon, she must be really smart.

Setsuna Sakurazaki:
Buizel was chosen for this character because Setsuna is part of the Japanese fencing club, and Buizel is very helpful.

Makie Sasaki:
Jigglypuff was chosen for this character because both are very cute >w<

Sakurako Shiina:
Cyndaquil was chosen for this character because Sakurako is a cheerleader, and Cyndaquil is a very cheerful Pokémon. (Same reasoning for Kakizaki Misa.)

Cyndaquil was chosen for this character because Sakurako is a cheerleader, and Cyndaquil is a very cheerful Pokémon. (Same reasoning for Kakizaki Misa.)

Mana Tatsumiya:
Rapidash was chosen for this character because Mana is in Biathlon, and Rapidash would be good in Biathlon. Suggested by pokeartonchibbiandms.

Lingshen Chao:
Castform was chosen for this character because Lingshen in in many school clubs, and Castform has 4 different forms.

Kaede Nagase:
Azelf was chosen for this character because Kaede is very determined, and Azelf is the Being of Willpower.

Chizuru Naba:
Uxie was chosen for this character because Chizuru is in the Astronomy club, so she must be smart, and Uxie is the Being of Knowledge. As well as being that, Uxie also is sort of cosmic.

Fuka Narutaki:
Minun was chosen for this character because Fuka and Fumika (see next explanation) are twins. Fuka bore more resemblance to Minun.

Fumika Narutaki:
Plusle was chosen for this character because Fuka (see previous explanation) and Fumika are twins. Fumika bore more resemblance to Plusle.

Satomi Nakase:
Porygon-2 was chosen for this character because Satomi is part of the robotics club and jet propulsion club, and Porygon-2 might join those clubs. Suggested by snowbell223.

Chisame Hasegawa:
Kirlia was chosen for this character because both are very beautiful >w<

Evangaline Mcdowell:
Bellosom was chosen for this character because you could ask both of advice if you were in trouble.

Nodoka Miyazaki:
Shaymin was chosen for this character because my real-life friend asked me to choose Shaymin for that part XD

Natsumi Murakami:
Ralts was chosen for this character because Natsumi is in the drama club, and Ralts can sense emotion.

Ayaka Yukihiro:
Manaphy was chosen for this character because Ayaka is Class Rep, and Manaphy could be a good Class Rep. Ayaka, like Manaphy probably could be, is also really rich.

Satsuki Yotsuba:
Munchlax was chosen for this character because Satsuki is the Lunch Representative, and Munchlax would be a good Lunch Rep. Suggested by Roseheart95.

Zazie Rainydo:
Celebi was chosen for this character because Zazie is a magician, and Celebi would be a good one. Suggested by pokeartonchibbiandms.
